The successful hire for this position will have to ensure line managers are provided with timely, accurate and effective advice, information, support and administration in relation to a range of HR activities and providing HR generalist assistance.
Responsibilities
Liaise with external training providers to facilitate cost effective, efficient delivery of training services when required.
Responsible to respond to HR related inquiries of the internal staff members through phone calls and emails.
Collaborate with the outsourced payroll team in Australia in ensuring that all file to be submitted are accurate and complete.
Support with internal recruitment, such as coordinating with the interviews, entering contracts on the database, organizing training for new hires and onboarding
Proactively develop, update, and maintain HR correspondence, letters documentation, forms, templates etc. to ensure we implement and maintain best practice HR procedures and compliant records management.
Review, establish and maintain effective administrative, personnel filing and systems.
Qualifications
Candidate must have at least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience as HR Coordinator in any fast-paced industry.
Has interest in acquiring Australian knowledge Must have excellent verbal English communication skills to attend to email inquiries.
Must have excellent verbal English communication skills to attend to phone call and email inquiries.
With at least basic skill-level proficiency in MS Excel.
Should have a high attention to detail.
Must have good work ethics and eager to learn new things.
