The main function of the HRIS Administrator is to lead automation of all employee records by managing all the information in MyDiversify whilst ensuring data integrity and security. The HRIS Administrator will be responsible for increasing efficiency of the People & Culture team by ensuring the smooth work flow of pre-boarding until on-boarding process. This role shall also take part in any activities related to Human Resources by supporting all the offshore sites of Diversify OSS.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the delivery of the services of the People & Culture team - ensuring that Service Level Agreements are maintained while the quality of service and accuracy of information provided to the business is high at all times
  • Update all employee records in MyDiversify accurately in a timely manner
  • Ensure all employee related documents are filed, scanned, and uploaded in the system promptly
  • In charge of following up and processing of all onboarding documentation
  • Handle all data entry responsibilities in the MyDiversify system
  • Maintain completion of information in the New Hire On-boarding tracker, and create the MyDiversify profile for New Hire employees based on the information from the tracker
  • Provide support to company engagement activities
  • Perform and undertake any other related duties that may be assigned either in support of divisional/department goal attainment in the future

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s/Associate degree in Psychology, Human Resources or in any other related field
  • At least 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources. Background and knowledge in pre-boarding, onboarding or any administrative function is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in any HR information system is a definite advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proven ability to communicate in English, both written and oral
  • Able to communicate with all levels of management and deal with matters with integrity, fairness, and diplomacy
  • Patient and flexible in all work duties
  • Reliable, trustworthy and ethical; neat, tidy and accurate
  • Detail-oriented and can multitask with strong administrative and organization skills
  • With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and is customer service-oriented
  • Flexible and accommodating and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required
  • A commitment to client service and a flexible can-do attitude to respond to client and business needs
  • Amenable to work in BGC in an early morning shift and willing to extend hours and work or holidays/weekends
