Inside Business Development Representative (Healthcare)

The inside Business Development Representative will be responsible for increasing the company’s relationship on hospitals and health systems currently not within company’s customer base. The I-BDR will provide solution-based concept selling in order to set up a presentation with Revenue Cycle leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously drives the building of pipeline and effectively manages all stages of the sales pipeline.
  • Work closely with Director of Growth and Director of Business Development to close deals and foster current relationships.
  • Follow a defined sales process to learn and understand the challenges that independent hospitals and health systems face and recommend solutions based on their needs
  • Experience in speaking with Director level positions and higher
  • Demonstrate a strong ability to close the deal while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet and exceed established productivity goals and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
  • Utilize CRM’s to log, track, and maintain customer or prospect records
  • Manage customer relationships from lead/prospect to “go-live”
  • Build strong working relationships with RRS operations teams and external prospects and customers
  • Gain and demonstrate wide professional knowledge of the revenue cycle industry and its sector to the billing and Revenue Cycle executives through a consultative selling approach.
  • Closely work with Marketing and business development members to enhance RRS’s value proposition and design tailored solutions.

Qualifications

  • 0-3 Years’ Experience in Healthcare Sales.
  • Knowledge of insurance plans, medical billing, Accounts Receivable Management/Revenue Cycle
  • Preferred but not required – A basic understanding of CPT, ICD-10, UB, HCFA, and 837 terminologies
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented, strong problem solving, analyzing information and research skills
  • An “All in All the Time” approach
  • Must be a team player
  • Excellent math, verbal and communication skills
  • Computer proficiency; experience with CRM software
  • Ability to meet productivity goals
  • Prior sales experience a plus
  • Must be will to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City; Night shift
