An Inside Sales Associate achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory and/or market segment by effectively managing the sales of assigned products and related services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. The role must be able to demonstrate services by personally contacting clients and assisting them in selecting what is best suited to their needs which includes but is not limited to servicing existing accounts, obtaining orders, and launching new accounts.
Responsibilities
Develops and establishes working relationships with clients and potential client in the market assigned
Promotes the company’s services through inbound calls
Conducts B2B sales of the company solutions and services, and convert leads into successful clients
Conducts proper follow-up actions to progress the sale process and assists client with their requests and inquiries
Qualifies leads and schedules appointments for the Inside Sales Director and the Enterprise team
Provide after-sales support and works with other departments to resolve prospects concerns
Communicates well with customers and listens intently to help them convey their needs
Generates reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly/annual sales reports
Maintains a high standard of CRM data around accounts, leads, contacts, and opportunities
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of successfully managing inside sales activities, preferably in the SaaS (Software as a Service) industry
Experience in B2B Selling is required, ideally in a multicultural, international organization with rapidly evolving products and business models
Knowledge of, or experience in, digital media, broadcasting, sports, or similar industries is a plus but not required
Results-driven and goal-oriented; background in customer service and sales (inbound/outbound: B2C/B2B sales)
Proficient in Salesforce, Hubspot, and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Power Point, and Excel Spreadsheets) and is tech savvy
Must be proactive and goal-oriented who is eager to drive missions to success
Excellent written and verbal English communication and organizational skills are essential
Must be open to work in a flexible work hours, mostly in the mid and night shift (US and European clients)
