Instructor Operations Coordinator

We are hiring an Instructor Operations Coordinator to help us reach more students and instructors worldwide. We’re looking for an amazing person who is excited about our mission and can support our Instructor Operations programs. You will directly report to the Instructor Team and provide support by equipping instructors with all of the tools and training they need to provide world-class lessons in our Computer Science, Math, and English programs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the instructor team by ensuring that instructors have the training, tools, and logistics in place to teach effectively
  • Master a variety of in-house and support software applications that our instructors will utilize and answer questions that they have on them
  • Proactively flag issues in the operations process and escalate issues as necessary
  • Respond to Instructor and parent inquiries in a timely manner
  • Duties include Onboarding Dashboard monitoring, First Class Shadow (FCS) tasks, Instructor Reviews Shadow booking, Fountain pipeline ownership from Initial Offer Letter (IOL), Halp Triage channel monitoring, Acuity and calendaring system management, inbox management, Payroll processes and data entry, and the processing of I-9 work authorizations

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
  • At least 1 to 2 years of related work experience in Data Entry and Administrative Functions
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
  • Provide prompt and professional client service at all times
  • Deliver high level of data accuracy and high data entry key stroke (at least 35 WPM)
  • Organized and systematic in handling multiple tasks
  • Must have effective planning, organizational skills and can work under pressure
  • High attention to detail, dependable with value for work ethics and customer service
  • Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships while adhering to policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
