Inventory Administrator

The Inventory Administrator will handle stock replenishments for the Import Buying team across network of suppliers. The role will also provide administrative support across all areas of operations by delivering solutions for customers, carriers, warehouses.

Responsibilities

  • Handling all replenishment orders from existing suppliers and placing the orders at the appropriate time
  • Keeping supplier purchase order templates up to date and accurately including all product information required for the site
  • Liaising with our suppliers for all order related queries to ensure accurate order information is maintained
  • Data entry into SAP and Central of order information once orders have been placed
  • Updating SAP with order updates as notified by shipping agents
  • Gathering and formatting data within Excel submission sheets
  • Working in a fast-paced environment to troubleshoot and continually improving fulfilment of orders, specifically with shipments, delayed orders, and organisation of internal and external carriers
  • Other administrative tasks assigned by the manager

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications particularly MS Excel and is tech savvy
  • At least 2 to 3 years of related work experience in inventory, administrative functions and supply chain
  • Previous experience in customer and/or supplier relationship building is preferred
  • Experience in SAP is an advantage
  • Must have effective planning, organizational skills and can work under pressure
  • High attention to detail, dependable with value for work ethics and customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Provide prompt and professional client service at all times
  • Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City, Monday – Friday in an early morning shift (6:00 am - 3:00 pm)
