Troubleshoot PC hardware/software, server and network/Internet related issues.
Attend to IT support requests and concerns
POC to hardware/software vendors, 3rd Party suppliers and Internet service providers.
PC deployment and Provision of access/login details for new hires.
Ensure cleanliness of Server Room and organization of things in IT stock room
Regularly manage and update inventory of IT hardware and software assets.
Perform workstation/server maintenance and updates
Monitor Internet bandwidth utilization, server room temperature, servers & network
devices’ uptime.
Send shift report for daily pending/completed tasks and issues encountered
Provide IT e-mail notifications for incident reports, maintenance schedules and IT updates.
Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Qualifications
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree/Vocation Diploma in Computer
Science/Information Technology or equivalent
At least 3-5 years equivalent experience in hands-on IT Helpdesk Support (non-voice)
Knowledge & work experience/training with PC/Laptop troubleshooting, parts,
assembly/disassembly and upgrades
Knowledge & work experience/training with Firewall, switches and routers (Cisco or
equivalent)
Knowledge & work experience/training with Windows Active Directory Server.
Good Understanding of Network Fundamentals
Good English communication skills oral and written
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially MS Excel
Willing to work in Makati City and/or Taguig City in a shifting and night shift schedule
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS BUT NOT REQUIRED:
Hardware/Network/Server or equivalent certifications
Knowledge in Open source Operating systems and applications
Knowledge & work experience/training in VOIP
Adobe Photoshop skills
