The Systems Administrator Support is responsible for driving the implementation and management of the Salesforce platform along with other tools like zendesk, zoom, docusign etc. that are integrated to support business operations. The ideal candidate is very technical amd analytical to drive issue resolution, work on tickets, help users with Salesforce Lightning functionality. Work with various functions like Sales, marketing and operations to build reports and dashboards in SFDC. The candidate will also have experience with standard and custom integrations with other tools like Zendesk, Zoom, Conga contracts or docusign etc. They must be very organized and process oriented and really good at creating documentation on how the system works. They must be a self starter and work on projects independently.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Business Systems Manager to own the Salesforce Lightning platform along with other
    integrated tools like zoom, zendesk, conga contracts etc. as the system administrator to manage, maintain, upgrade, deploy and integrate all internal business applications.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the entire Salesforce Lightning functionality as a end user so that you can help business users understand the capabilities of SFDC and help them to translate functional needs into easy and scalable solutions that do not create additional maintenance overhead and that take into account downstream systems/process/business impact.
  • Troubleshooting to resolve issues and tickets related to Salesforce and other integrated systems.
  • Technical Documentation of the workflows, solution architecture and processes so that there is a knowledge base to direct internal users on self service
  • Build reports and dashboards in SFDC to help business users with anaytics and insights
  • Work on strategic projects to automate workflows, embed business rules in processes and integrate with other apps. These projects are mostly sponsored by business functions like Sales, Marketing, Customer Success etc. to help these functions be more efficient and effective
  • Provisioning the systems and onboarding new employees and off boarding attrited employees to maintain enterprise security
  • Use logic and methods to solve technical problems with effective solutions
  • Set appropriate objectives & workload for the client while establishing clear direction
  • Learn and apply industry, company, product knowledge to solve problems
  • Maintain two-way dialogue with clients on work and results and support our customers on the phone and over email to resolve their issues accurately and as quickly as possible.
  • Troubleshoot common eCommerce issues with shopping carts, marketplaces, shipping settings, payment settings, and checkout issues.
  • Learn industry best practices, trends, technology, and other information affecting clients’ businesses; can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and see how it may impact future results

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years Project Management and Implementation experience, managing 15+ projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience working in a technical customer facing role, and can lead your insight into processes, communication, and escalation procedures
  • A passion for providing awesome customer service; you treat every customer interaction as an opportunity to "wow" our customers
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding assigned metrics
  • An understanding of or previous experience in eCommerce; technical experience with websites a plus!
  • Experience with Google Analytics, SEO, or Marketplaces (eBay/Amazon) is a bonus!
  • Auto industry experience is nice to have!
