SUMMARY:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of the sales and marketing department, the Lead Generation Specialist will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and qualifying potential leads for our products/services. The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in lead generation.

Responsibilities

Lead Identification:

  • Utilize various channels to identify potential leads, including but not limited to online research and social media.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted lead generation campaigns.

Database Management:

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information in Salesforce.
  • Regularly clean and segment the lead database to enhance targeting and outreach efforts.

Outreach and Qualification:

  • Initiate contact with potential leads through various communication channels, including email, phone calls, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria and assess their potential as viable prospects.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on lead generation activities and contribute insights to improve the lead nurturing process.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or any related field.
  • Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts, to accommodate global business operations.
