Responsibilities
Data entry and numerical reconciling work in progress accounts in Microsoft Excel
Provide general administrative and other support and assistance to the Legal Costing Team
Assist in preparation of itemized accounts in Excel for checking, review and amendment by the Legal Costing Law Clerk and/or National Costing Solicitor
Provide administration and organisational assistance to the Legal Costing Team
Maintain the work list
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
At least 2 years of relative work experience in accounting
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Excellent typing and administration skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
High level of literacy and numeracy
Able to prioritize work and manage competing deadlines
