Logistics Administrator – Warehouse & Fulfilment Operations
Role Purpose
As a key member of the Fulfillment Operations Team, you will be responsible for monitoring the performance and efficiency of our end-to-end fulfillment operations. This includes executing inventory and order transactions and providing exceptional support to internal teams such as Care, Compliance, and Planning. Your contributions will be essential to building an industry-leading fulfillment operation and a seamless home delivery experience. Additionally, you will engage in analyzing and investigating system performance issues, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing enhancements to processes and systems as part of our commitment to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- 3PL Performance Management: Maintain and enhance 3PL warehouse performance dashboards, and lead weekly calls with sites to review operational SLAs.
- Operational Issue Resolution: Communicate with external warehouses and internal stakeholders through phone, email, and chat to resolve immediate operational issues.
- Customer Care Support: Address Customer Care inquiries within 24 hours, providing clear and prompt responses.
- Order Fulfillment Assistance: Resolve outbound order fulfillment issues, including shipping questions and back-order inquiries, using a variety of software tools.
- Performance and Workload Management: Handle a complex workload and consistently meet key performance targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve order accuracy and reduce lead times through cross-functional projects.
- Standards and Process Improvement: Meet or exceed internal standards while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Professional Conduct: Consistently maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
- Escalation and Issue Reporting: Document and escalate ongoing issues or trends to the Logistics Manager when necessary.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive process enhancements and maintainupdated SOPs while seeking opportunities to automate daily tasks.
- Cross-Training: Be cross-trained in additional Logistics and Operations functions, including International Logistics and Purchasing, to support flexible coverage as needed.
