Marketing and Administration Executive

The Marketing & Administration Executive for (UVG) is responsible for the day-to-day coordination and support in both Administration and Marketing. This position promotes a collaborative, compliant, client focused, quality and result-orientated approach to strategically aligned promotional activities.

Responsibilities

  • Generation of consolidated Supplier Promotional Submissions.
  • Provide support in the selection of products for specific promotional campaigns
  • Provide pricing support for promotional products
  • Support in the collection of media (images and panels from respective suppliers for the promotional event).
  • Consolidate and prepare marketing materials for the respective promotion from the supplier partners
  • Support the posting of specific promotions on the various social media platforms (e.g. Faacebook).
  • Develop & generate promotional performance reports and analytics
  • Products selected and both buy and Promotional sell prices should be appropriate to ensure the targeted sales uplift can be achieved.
  • Support with the preparation of UVG internal and external newsletters to members
  • Support with the analysis of new supplier partners and ad hoc clinic analysis
  • Support the setup and administration supplier let training events/webinars
  • Support the setup and administration of the annual UVG conference

Qualifications

Essential:

  • Works with multiple teams, is collaborative and a team player.
  • Strong analytical, organisational and critical thinking skills
  • Advanced skills in MS office applications, particularly MS Excel
  • Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently
  • Self-motivated, well-organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Desirable:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Business Administration or highly analytical area
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing and sales operations and processes
