The Digital Marketing Coordinator is a senior position that supports enrollment growth for a Theological Seminary. Working closely with the Marketing & Communications Department (MARCOM), this role is responsible for deploying HubSpot campaigns to generate inbound marketing leads and nurture these leads into new and returning students.
Responsibilities
Establish and manage marketing automation through HubSpot
Use automation platform(s) (eg. Zapier, Workato) to integrate Hubspot with third-party tools (eg. WordPress, Monday.com, AirTable, SONIS Student Information System)
Develop and implement creative end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, covering email creation, acquisitions.
Map and own student/customer journeys within HubSpot, creating campaigns and workflows that support them from contact acquisition through student retention
Manage lead generation and lead nurturing analytics
Analysis of data to report back on key insights
Work closely with MARCOM on strategies for student acquisition and retention
Recommend email marketing best practice with coding design and testing of email campaigns
Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research
Qualifications
Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Strong digital marketing background with demonstrable experience in CRM management, ideally HubSpot
Expertise in integrated digital marketing campaign planning
Experience in email campaign delivery, set up, and analytics
Analytical and data driven approach
Experience in higher education preferred
Experience with WordPress preferred
Knowledge & Experience
Strong time management principles and practices
Able to manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines
Able to produce clear graphics and visuals
Applicable standards, policies and procedures within scope of role
