Responsibilities:
- Create and modify saved searches, reports, dashboards and KPI's, as required.
- Create and manage configuration changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, dashboard, forms and other customizations.
- Provide support in rolling out NetSuite functionality to support local and global requirements.
- Provide support for NetSuite release management, co-ordinating, testing and troubleshooting.
- Provide internal training to NetSuite users, working toward best practices and process improvements.
- Responsible for the management of documentation of key operational processes.
- Provide support and assistance for all end users across P2P, O2C and R2R.
- Troubleshooting of issues between NetSuite and third party solutions, specifically related to billing.
About you - what we are looking for:
- A minimum of 4 years experience using NetSuite in an administrator role.
- Experience using Boomi
- Experience with P2P, O2C and R2R processes.
- Comfortable in creating and testing processes, documentation development and end-user training.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across functions, locations and seniority.
- Confident to troubleshoot and problem solve adhoc issues in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
- The ability to collate and report on large sets of data in a methodical and clear manner.
- Strong excel skills.
- Strong understanding of billing, payments, A/R, general ledger and reporting
- A combined skillset of technical, business and financial capabilities.
