The position involves responding to post-sale and general supplier inquiries, tracking orders using Salesforce, updating stakeholders on order status, engaging with suppliers for ordering and escalation support, maintaining accurate information in Salesforce, and staying updated on product knowledge and supplier processes. The position would include but not limited to the responsibilities listed.
Responsibilities
Responding to Post-Sale and General Supplier Questions: Addressing inquiries and concerns from customers and suppliers regarding completed sales, providing necessary information, and offering support.
Order submittal to supplier through the supplier portal: Utilize Salesforce to log the information.
Order Tracking and Milestone Management: Utilizing Salesforce to track orders throughout the entire process, using tasks to monitor and update key milestones.
Communication and Status Updates: Keeping partners, customers, and internal team members informed about the status of their orders, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
Supplier Engagement and Support: Collaborating with suppliers to facilitate ordering processes and handle any necessary escalations during order implementation.
Salesforce Data Management: Ensuring that Salesforce is regularly updated with all relevant information related to orders, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Product Knowledge and Supplier Process Updates: Staying up to date with product information and supplier processes to provide informed assistance to customers and suppliers.
Qualifications
High school graduation or equivalent.
Proficiency in written communication, particularly in composing clear and professional emails.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is preferred, demonstrating familiarity with post-sale support and supplier interactions.
Good understanding and ability to use Microsoft Excel for data management.
Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is preferred,
