As an Outbound Coordinator, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers to schedule pest control appointments. This is an office-based role, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. Ideal candidates will have frontline customer service, outbound call, and sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to offer pest control services
Follow up with customers who have expressed interest in pest control services
Enter customer details into CRM and Google Calendar
Connect clients with Australian staff as needed for additional support
Maintain a high standard of customer service
Identify and report opportunities for continuous improvement
Handle inbound calls during peak periods
Perform additional tasks as requested
Essential Skills & Experience:
Outbound "cold calling" experience
Customer service experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate with adaptability to new systems
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work autonomously and remotely
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Proven attention to detail
Positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Education / Qualification Requirements:
University degree in Business, Sales, or an equivalent field.
