The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving the maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within the assigned market segment of the client. The successful candidate will be in-charge of developing working relations with customers through phone calls and emails to promote the best products and services that would fit the customer’s needs. The role requires a dynamic personality with the drive to achieve targets, and the willingness to provide the best customer experience.
General Responsiblities
Develop and establish working relationships with potential customers and repeat customers
Promote products and services through outbound calls and emails
Sell products to customers within the given territory and present product’s price and quality control documents when requested
Assists customers with their requests, orders, and inquiries and create sample request/s forms when requested
Educate customers with product and service information and identify potential consulting clients for referrals
Provide polite, professional, and effective service to prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls
Enter information on CRM program and create daily/weekly/monthly comprehensive reports on the platform
Fill out Sales Order control form when a PO is placed by the customer
Cultivate relationships with new and repeat customers by calling them once a week for feedback and to follow up on milestones with customers
Follow up after the sales process has been completed and offer help in small issues in order to expedite the sales process as well as get feedback from customer to see if they need any further assistance, or get reference for better service performance in the future
Position Requirements
The successful candidate must have completed at least a 2-year Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in any course
Must have at least 2-3 years of solid experience in sales and marketing (B2B)
Experience in using Office 365 and Airtable (CRM) is an advantage but not a strict requirement
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills
With good comprehension and active listening skills
Has excellent time management and prioritization skills
Ability to be flexible to changing demands and challenges and exercise initiative
Highly self-motivated and energetic
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment
Dynamic personality with drive to reach decision makers is an advantage
Able to multi-task and have effective problem solving skills, quick, calm, and logical
Must be willing to work in the night shift (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, US | 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PHT, MNL)
