A Partner Experience Advocate is a critical customer service representative who provides exceptional support services, sales, and other customer-related services primarily through email. The role of an email support agent is to act on behalf of the company, answering and responding to customer concerns or queries in a highly efficient and effective manner.

Responsibilities

  • Providing a positive and quality customer experience by responding promptly and accurately to questions, feedback, and complaints
  • Demonstrating excellent written communication skills to articulate information and business rules creatively.
  • Guiding and supporting customers to engage with the proper support teams to meet  their needs.
  • Tracking all activities in the CRM/PRM case management tool
  • Supporting other team members in managing their caseload
  • Completing any other tasks or duties as directed by the client.

Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's/College Degree
  • 5-7 years of related work experience in a similar function
  • Proficiency in MS Excel is desired.
  • The ability to provide prompt and professional client service at all times.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks systematically.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • A self-motivated and accountable approach, combined with a strong sense of teamwork.
  • The ability to type at least 40 WPM (adjusted speed) with 90% accuracy.
  • The ability to a harmonious working environment and building good working relationships while adhering to policies and procedures.
