The Payroll Administrator to support with the payroll function. This role will help the team build systems and manages all aspects of payroll processing. Candidate should be analytical and methodological, with experience in payroll administration.
Responsibilities
Assisting with ensuring the timecards are getting approve.
Overseeing if the Paid Time Off is approved.
Assisting with regular reporting requirements
The candidate who will be hired for this role is responsible to respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests, and aid on things like benefits, leaves of absence, time off, etc.
Collaborate with payroll/finance department to ensure payroll related information is accurately submitted.
Support with internal recruitment, such as create and update job descriptions, and tasks related to the ATS of the client.
Downloading the data in time sheet and upload it to the system
Assist with organizing and planning team social events.
Carry out other HR and business-related projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
1-2 years’ HR work experience.
Experience with US Payroll System – ADP and Timekeeping System - TCP
Able to demonstrate experience thriving in a fast-paced, competing for priority environment.
Should have familiarity in running payroll for a large organization.
Should be comfortable manipulating large amount of data.
Works independently and in collaboration with others. Strong analytical skills.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Customer service-oriented individual with experience in building and managing relationships.
Candidate must be willing to work on a nightshift schedule.
