The main aim of the Picture Style Coordinator is to learn the categories, fully understand the physical attributes as to why certain products fit within the categories, and label product accordingly. This role will help the audience shop by style by selecting, categorising and tagging the company's vast catalogue of product and lifestyle imagery. Maintain accurate style definitions and categorisation practices and procedures to ensure that every selection meets our customer’s style expectations.
Responsibilities
Acquiring and maintaining a deep understanding of the twelve interior design style categories
Using the content management system to view, attribute, and save style definition data to each product and lifestyle image
Accessing product and lifestyle images on the server, processing and filing accordingly
Sourcing appropriate product ranges for room ideas lifestyle images from online product catalog, and using the content management system to merchandise and publish bespoke collections
Basic occasional cropping of lifestyle imagery to ensure images are optimized for online viewing
Scheduling regular reviews and audits of tagging output, updating errors and inconsistencies
Work with the styling and design teams to increase and enhance interior styling and design knowledge
Working with merchandise team to regularly report viewing and sales uplift data in style tagged product and lifestyle imagery
Liaising with category and campaign teams to ensure production pipeline is on and/or ahead of schedule
Working within brand guidelines and style guide
Competitive reviews and analysis
Plus always looking for ways to innovate efficiency of the production process and reporting
Formulate marketing and promotional ideas around how to promote style tagged product and imagery across the site and third party channel
Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Architecture, Interior Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
At least 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Interior Design/Interiors retail, freshgraduates are encouraged to apply
Can work autonomously, employ initiative to find solutions, prioritise and exercise discretion
Ability to take ownership and responsibility for own priorities and contribute to team objectives
Highly organised with a strong attention to detail; Proactive and flexible approach to work
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, early morning shift
