The purpose of this position is to provide support services for the onboarding of new plans andthe offboarding of lost plans to ensure a high level of customer service is provided in bothareas. The onboarding process will be the receipt of all plan records, securing of all criticaldocuments, data-entry, financial entry and engagement with the customer to enable a smoothand efficient hand-over of the new plan to the relevant Customer Team Manager.The offboarding process will entail the closure of bank accounts, shutdown in clients systems and collation & hand-over of all plan records and plan belongings to thenew manager.
Responsibilities
To ensure a seamless onboarding experience for our customers.
To ensure efficient, effective and complete onboarding of new buildings to clients expected standard.
To ensure effective and efficient setting up of new properties and complete all relevant aspects of the administrative task and duties.
Reviewing books and records of new properties, loading of data onto database (BCMax and saving files to our EDMS.
To ensure a timely & smooth transition of a plan to a new management company in the event we lose a building.
To complete all aspects of the administrative tasks and duties in relation to lost plans.
Qualifications
Customer service skills
Basic understanding of the Strata industry
Accurate data-entry skills
Bookkeeping skills
Competent in Microsoft Applications
Knowledge of BCMax (Desirable)
Desirable knowledge in various strata support functions
Highly organised and efficient, with good time management skills
High level of administrative skills
Some book-keeping knowledge and experienc
Well-presented with exceptional written and verbal communication
Attention to detail
The ability to work autonomously
Proactive and think outside the box
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlooks
