Manage and circulate reports to stakeholders, outlining product quality and performance, and provide supporting analysis where necessary.
Responsibilities
Quality Reporting and Data Analysis
Create monthly cost of quality reports and circulate to the relevant stakeholders
Analyze data from reports and highlight key areas/products for improvement
Revise and refine the existing cost of quality report to improve the scope of reporting and based on Category Manager’s feedback
Provide ad hoc quality reporting assistance to the wider team
QC Inspection Booking
Manage the bookings of all third-party QC inspections
Collate photos of ‘What Good Looks Like’ and ‘What Bad Looks Like’ from QC inspection reports
Act as the main point of contact between T&W and third-party QC agency
Liaise with internal team members to facilitate the speedy development and order of the new product
Supplier Liaison
Act as the main point of contact between T&W and private label import suppliers, for all quality-related matters
Build good working relationships with our import suppliers
Communicate with the internal team to ensure we meet all quality deadlines (e.g. QC inspection report approval)
Quality Improvement (Administration)
Working with customer care to log, track and measure product issues; to identify early trends and assist in continuous improvement solutions
Provide supporting data to show the effectiveness of any changes made to the product and/or packaging
Collate and distribute photos of product damages to relevant team members as required
List key quality issues identified from each inspection report so that they can be addressed during the next inspection
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/Associate Degree
At least 3 years of related work experience in Data Analysis and Quality Assurance
Highly computer literate; intermediate level of Excel knowledge
Great attention to detail
The ability to learn and follow established processes
Excellent written & oral communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
