Product Support Specialist

The Product Support Specialist is responsible for overseeing the prioritization, management and submission process for all the company’s mobile apps hosted from the Apple App Store and Google Play. This role will work directly with our clients to help them through the submission process from beginning to end, in addition to working closely with the Sales and Support teams to assist with questions, issues and matters related to app submissions.

Responsibilities

  • Guide customers through the process to prepare and publish their mobile apps in the app stores.
  • Review mobile app submissions, ensuring all necessary content and adherence to individual app store rules.
  • Coordinate and ensure timely delivery of their technology and communicate updates as needed.
  • Implement tracking for which apps are currently in which stores, when maintenance agreements expire, certificates and credentials required to build the apps, current app revision in store, and dates of updates.
  • Work together with the Sales team to provide internal support and knowledge regarding the submission process and professional services.
  • Support the Sales team on complex sales involving software and services, as well as providing formal answers regarding data privacy and security requirements.
  • Guide customers through the requirements definition, specification and implementation of integrations between our solutions and third party providers.
  • Improve and automate process targets, speed up delivery, increase quality, and increase efficiency of the processes.
  • Create and maintain documentation that pertains to all parts of the process under your responsibility.
  • Other technical support duties as required, like supporting solution integrations, ticket escalation, bug review, testing, etc.
  • Provide coverage and assistance to the Frontline team as needed.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three (3) years of experience with app submissions and integrations
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension skills
  • Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, hardworking, and goal oriented
  • Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be a team player, receptive to new ideas, and can easily adapt to change
  • Flexible and accommodating and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required
  • Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Graveyard Shift
