A Stock Administrator provides accurate and timely administration of supplier invoices, credit notes and stock claims.
Responsibilities
Daily posting of stock invoices and credit notes
Only valid invoices should be processed
Ensure all invoices has corresponding purchase orders and match against invoices
Supplier module rollover
Timely submission of stock claims to the suppliers
On time resolution of claims disputes
Constant coordination with warehouse and sales/product managers
Submission of accurate and valid claims to suppliers
Direct shipment processing in Pronto
Invoicing customers for direct shipment orders
Resolution of price and stock variance between customer order and supplier invoice
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or any Business related course
Must have at least 2-3 years’ experience working in an Accounting environment preferably BPO
Candidates with background as an Accounts Administrator, Accounts Payable or a Junior Accountant;
Candidates must have strong English communication skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel in an Intermediate (vlookup, basic formulas)
Must be diligent and has high attention to details
Must be willing to work for a fixed-Term
Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City and must be willing to be assigned in an early morning shift from Monday to Friday
