The purpose of this position is to arrange repairs and maintenance on behalf of the Owners Corp. The main point of contact between the office and contractors.
Responsibilities
Issue work orders
Arrange quote requests – Save to U drive and Sharepoint WO & Quotes
Corresponding with contractors
Comply with direction given from the Manager or committee
Provide updates to the Community Manager, Assistant, committee and residents
Answer calls and action accordingly and in a timely manner- in consultation with the Manager/ committee
Obtaining/ Signing Home Building Contracts/ HOWI on behalf of the OC and charging to TRMAX
Arranging Annual Fire Safety Inspections/testing
Updating managers with received fire quotes
Notifying owners of their fire defects
Lodging an AFSS on behalf of the owner’s corporation
Updated building information
Saving fire documents to EDSM
Charging fire services
Qualifications
Customer service skills
Competent in Microsoft Applications i.e. Word; Excel etc.
Strong written, verbal and interpersonal skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to liaise with a variety of people
Ability to work under pressure and according to deadlines
Ability to quickly grasp new processes and procedures
