Sales Development Representative / Lead Generation

SUMMARY

We’re seeking a qualified Sales Development Mana (SDM) to research target customers, buildoutbound campaigns, respond to leads, qualify opportunities, and support the pre-salesprocess for our North American sales team!

Responsibilities

 

  • Drive lead generation efforts by overseeing the team's prospecting activities, including
    cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our offerings, value proposition, and
    competitive advantages to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Ensure thorough lead qualification through effective discovery and needs analysis, ensuring a smooth handoff to the sales team for further engagement.
  • Implement lead nurturing campaigns to maintain relationships with qualified leads and
    convert them into sales opportunities.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Can work Eastern Standard Time and at HGS’s BGC (Metro-Manila) office 3-5 days per
    week.
  • Proven experience in sales development or inside sales, with a track record of achieving
    or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
    rapport and credibility with prospects, team members, and stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data and metrics to drive informed
    decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot,
    etc.).
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving sales
    objectives.
  • Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
