The Sales Development Representative is mainly responsible for responding to inbound lead requests given by client. This can be for pricing, demos, and free trials with the goal of booking demos with the Account Executive counterparts. The role also aims to leverage a mix of communication methods through phone, meeting, inmails and email in order to proactively engage the prospects.
Responsibilities
Qualify inbound prospects interested in client’s services by performing inbound calls, inmails & emails (approx 80+ per week)
Respond to inbound lead requests for pricing, demos, and free trials with the goal of booking demos with your Account Executive counterparts
Leverage an SDR Daily Dashboard and workflow provided in the CRM to help you manage your time and follow-ups
Actively participate and contribute to remote team meetings, Slack discussions & 1:1s during working hours
Leverage a mix of communication methods (phone, meeting, inmails, emails) to proactively engage your prospects
Achieve monthly and quarterly targets (KPIs = demos booked, worked leads, conversion of leads to demos)
Qualifications
At least one (3) years of solid sales and customer service experience
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications
Contribute to a harmonious working environment and build good working relationships while adhering to policies and procedures
Self-starter and has keen attention to details
Excellent persuasion and oral communication skills and demonstrate commitment in upholding core values and behavioral standards
Excellent customer service, problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to be flexible, adaptable and work in fast-paced environment
Strong command of the English language, both oral and written
This is for a night shift schedule.
This is a temporary work from home setup
Must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig.
