We are seeking a highly organized, detail-driven Sales Operations Administrator to support our dynamic and growing Sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in structured environments, enjoys refining processes, and brings strong critical thinking skills to streamline operations and enhance team efficiency.
Responsibilities
Oversee and resolve a high-volume case queue, ensuring prompt, accurate handling of internal sales inquiries and requests.
Follow established operational workflows while proactively identifying areas for optimisation and suggesting improvements.
Write clear and simple guides to help teams follow processes easily.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Core Business Services to support CRM hygiene initiatives and the execution of sales programs.
Maintain data integrity within Salesforce and related platforms, ensuring alignment with business standards and protocols.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales operations, sales support, or administrative role.
Excellent written skills with the ability to document complex processes in a clear, easy-to-follow manner.
Detail-oriented and able to follow processes carefully.
Experience using Salesforce (knowledge of Cases and CPQ is a plus).
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Curious and eager to learn — picks things up quickly.
Quickly complete training independently, apply learnings effectively, and resolve basic issues before seeking help.
