The Sales Representative (AU) is responsible for completing inbound/outbound calls to ensure clear communication with all the clients of an Australian modeling agency. She will be responsible for assisting the Event Manager in achieving KPI’s and targets to ensure a successful Event. Part of the responsibilities is to update the clients' databases and following through with sales, respond to emails, completing data entry and general administration when required.
Responsibilities
Complete all lead calls required to reach or get above your daily KPI.
Ensure that you’re reaching a paid conversion from your calls of 40% or higher for our 1 day event and 15% or higher for the 3 day event
Use of a positive tone and clear communication whilst on the phone to ensure that all clients are spoken to sincerely.
Enter and update the account’s databases and write notes so that the client's needs can be met.
Answer all questions that the account’s clients may have to the best of your ability, notify your Event Administrator if you’re unable to answer their questions.
Follow all call scripts created by the account
Use clear and concise language so that other staff can easily see notes on the client's progression through the account’s systems.
Update databases to reflect the client's status within the NFQ/NF’s event.
Inputting client information into the account’s databases.
Send relevant information to completed calls and respond to emails where required
Ensure that you’re prepared for all meetings/huddles that you’re required to attend
Qualifications
Must have completed at least 2 years of Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in any course
At least minimum of 1-2 years of telesales and customer service or pure telesales experience in the BPO industry
Experience working in an Australian account is a plus
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong customer service skills; cool-tempered and able to take feedback from clients
Able to motivate self and complete tasks efficiently; ensuring that all customer calls are completed daily
Can work independently but also within a team
Previous experience with CRM tools or MS office is preferred
Organized, confident, and has a keen eye for details
Compassionate toward empowering young women and interested in inspiring young model aspirant
Helper at nature; willing to go above and beyond what is required to ensure client satisfaction
Amenable to work in BGC in a Morning shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
