The role requires a bright and engaged person to assist the current team with generating leads forour sales team. The right candidate should work well with others, have working knowledge of Office365, Zoominfo, Hubspot and web research.
Responsibilities
Reviewing exhibition and trade show websites to locate a list of US and Canadian companies who are participating in target shows
Cross referencing the internet list against contacts in com to locate the very best contact to add to our target list
Entering the results of the online research in an excel spreadsheet and uploading the lists in a CRM (hubspot)
Creating customized “shipping guidelines” for each targeted shows and converting the word file into a pdf file
Updating standard email template in Hubspot for each specific shows and provide the pertinent information such as event’s name, actual logo, site pictures and shipping guidelines
Other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
At least 3 years of work experience in any related field such as Sales and Marketing, Business Management and Contact Centre
With at least 2 years of experience working with a CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot, Goldmine)
Nice to have working knowledge in Office 365, Zoominfo, Hubspot and web research but not required
Proficient in using Microsoft Office products
Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
Ability to think outside the box and take initiative to create a better result for the sales support team
Can work on fast paced environment
Willing to be assigned in BGC, Taguig City in a shifting schedule; Mondays to Fridays
