Summary:
- Responsible for coordinating all jobs within designated areas.
- Ensures compliance with client scheduling guidelines, dealer restrictions, and company deadlines.
- Collaborates with Independent Contractors (ICs) and Partners (Ptans) to optimize Cost of Service (COS) and enhance operational efficiency.
- Cultivates professional relationships with ICs and Ptans to uphold high-quality standards and ensure efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Promptly respond to urgent communications and bid requests.
- Return calls to inspectors requesting callbacks.
- Address and resolve Zendesk tickets on the day of entry.
- Reassign declined jobs as necessary.
- Assign inspector names for jobs listed as CC9999.
- Meet or exceed scheduling targets and deadlines.
- Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from inspectors.
- Communicate scheduling details to inspectors.
- Bundle jobs within the same geographic area for efficiency.
- Report inspector shortages, high COS, and challenging inspectors to the Regional Scheduling Manager.
- Provide regular updates to the Regional Scheduling Manager on progress and any scheduling challenges.
- Assign jobs to qualified inspectors, ensuring adherence to client and dealer guidelines.
- Monitor COS metrics and work towards improvement.
- Attend weekly area meetings, prepared with relevant data and statistics.
- Strive to maintain on-time job completion rates and weekly progress benchmarks.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce COS, and improve on-time performance.
- Recruit and onboard new inspectors for closer job assignments.
- Request certifications and overviews from Regional Field Specialists for inspectors.
- Provide input on regions that require additional inspectors.
- Minimize late job occurrences by maintaining strong on-time performance.
- Gather feedback on COS and high-bidding ICs.
- Analyze the root cause of late jobs and implement corrective actions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Specific Job Skills and Requirements:
- Familiarity with Quiktrak client scheduling requirements and dealer restrictions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Revoquest (or the current Quiktrak software).
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional and courteous demeanor.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including outside of the standard 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule when required.
