Senior Digital Marketing Executive

The position involves experience in paid media, ideally, in an e-commerce business. This position will be in the Digital Marketing team and report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager.The Digital Marketing team is currently a team of two, with this new position becoming the third person in the team. You will be responsible for the day-to-day work across all channels in two markets, although, from time to time you might need to work in other markets if assistance is required.

• Manage paid search campaigns in Google Ads and create new campaigns in the
Google Ads Editor
• Manage paid social campaigns in Meta
• Create and implement paid media strategies
• Attend key Zoom meetings including daily stand up, weekly planning meetings,
reporting meetings etc.
• Collaborate with other marketing teams, including the Brand team and E-Commerce
team, where required
• Reporting and management in Google Analytics
• Monitor performance and ensure we’re tracking towards KPIs
• Optimisation across all channels, with revenue and ROAS being the key metrics
• Assist with testing ideation, implementation and reporting across key channels

• 4+ years experience in Google Ads, with some experience in e-commerce
• 4+ years experience in Meta ads, with some experience in e-commerce
• Understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and key performance metrics
(ROAS, CPA, CVR etc.)
• Analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Experience utilising Acquisition reports and Explorations in Google Analytics is ideal
