Senior Finance Manager

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager who will be responsible for overseeing all accounting operations within our organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial processes.

• Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL Accounting Analysts, Cost Management, Financial Reporting, Budgeting, Taxation, Payroll Management, Government Compliance Taxation
• Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecast and report variances
• Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements
• Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting
• Support month- end and tear end close process
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting
• Manage and comply with government reporting requirements and tax filings
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
• Additional controller duties as necessary

• Proven work experience as a Financial Controller/Director
• 10+years of overall combined accounting and finance experience
• Bachelor Degree or its equivalent
• CPA or CMA or MBA preferred
• Working knowledge of BIR and SEC requirements REQUIRED
• Through knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Business Process Oriented
• Experience in people management and leadership skills
• Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
• Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
• Good communication skills.
