Senior Reports Analyst

The Senior Reports Analyst primary role is to extract, collate and present all company data reports and statistics relating to the business and business unit performance including but not limited to customer analysis, forecasting, and driver analysis and route optimisation.

• Develop and implement data collection systems for all KPIS for all business units
• Develop, prepare and build all reports to assist with forecasting, planning, scheduling and route optimisation
• Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources, streamlining the process whilst maintaining data integrity
• Identify, analyse and interpret trends or patterns relating to KPIS
• Filter and clean data
• Improve current reporting techniques, including financial reports
• Use analysed data to create reports identifying process improvement opportunities
• Development of financial models required for tender processes
• Travel from Manila to our head office may be required from time to time
• Confidentiality required at all times
• Compliance with the Pep company values

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field is required
• Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Visual Basic
• Experience in using SQL is preferred but not required
• Candidates must have strong English communication skills
• Must have deep understanding of operational metrics and performance monitoring
• Must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, in an early morning shift from Monday to Friday
• Target commencement date for this role is on or before February 2020
