This position will coordinate internally with the management team on hiring priorities primarily in Canada, US, UK and Germany. The successful candidate will own the entire pipeline to help source, attract and manage top talent in support of our high growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Provide sourcing and recruitment support for roles as determined by the management team.
Collaborate with hiring managers and marketing team to write job ads and advertisements, and post roles on appropriate job boards (primarily in LinkedIn).
Manage workflows, communication, and automation on ATS, and other recruitment applications.
Proactively source talent through LinkedIn and other appropriate job boards by researching and developing effective outreach strategies.
This role will be heavy on screening resumes and responding via email and LinkedIn to every candidate to ensure a superior candidate experience.
The candidate will assist with special projects, initiatives, reporting and documentation, as required
Qualifications
With at least 3-10 years of previous relevant experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
Experience in sourcing candidates from the EMEA region and/or North America is required for the position
Experience sourcing and recruiting for positions at various levels (entry to upper management) overseas for global organizations
Knowledge of sourcing and talent acquisition strategies.
Familiar with techniques to win passive candidates and closing strategies
Strong understanding of European and North American culture add mentality
Experience working with web-based applicant tracking systems (e.g. Lever, JazzHR, etc) is an asset
High level verbal and written communications skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Must be amenable to work in nightshift schedules
Temporary work-from-home but must be amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
