Ownership of Client's tagging plan and tracking tools. You will also contribute to the development of Cultural, social and behavioural standards within the business through leadership by example (i.e. walking the talk) Management presentations as required. Do whatever it takes to deliver the Client's experience that exceeds our customers and clients’ expectations!
Responsibilities
Create consistent and comprehensive tagging across all platforms where the client operates, to enable tracking of the entire digital journey of our customers
Ownership of customer tracking tools and Martech tools used across clients and Designing streamlined and effective processes for tracking tag development, configuration and deployment
Partner with the Product and Engineering teams on documenting our tracking plan and identifying opportunities to improve it
Partner with the Marketing team on creating and maintaining customer audiences
Identifying opportunities for innovation and automation, being responsible for the strategy, evaluation and eventual implementation across the organisation.
Qualifications
5 years experience within a marketing operations, technical consulting or data engineering
Current hands-on experience and a sophisticated understanding of client-side and server-side tracking technologies such as Tealium or Google Analytics
Experience with Tag Management System
Understanding of JavaScript and web technologies (HTML, CSS)
Excellent analytical skills and problem solving skills
Organizational and project management skills (experience managing workload, deadlines and client relationships)
Good to have:
Additional languages and technologies (SQL, GCP...)
