The Shared Services Manager will be responsible in supervising the Accounts Payable, Collections, and transaction activities of the Manila Team and Support the team members and help them with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable tasks (high level management)
Responsibilities
Review AP processing
Prepare banking batches Bank systems
Prepare international vendor payments
Deal with staff queries & resolve issues
Address sales order discrepancies - pricing, MOQ, stock availability, lost sales
Amazon payment allocations & journal expenses (after established by Australian team)
Team performance management & performance reviews
Funds transfers to enable vendor payments
Review team's balance sheet reconciliations
New vendor creation
Approve vendor bank account changes
Review of ageing debtors creditors
Qualifications
At least 5 years and up of professional experience in the field of Accounting
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or any Business related course
Has a background in team management; Preferably with Retail experience
Experience with NetSuite an advantage.
Be able to demonstrate attention to details and good-record-keeping
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; hands-on and detail oriented
Positive attitude who can adapt with the current team
Willing to work ONSITE; Mondays – Friday 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
