Software Support Analyst (with Crystal Reports expertise)

Our company is a national freight and warehousing business, and we have a position for a software support engineer/analyst. This role is internally customer focused supporting users of our TMS and WMS system, staff who manage customers and assisting sales teams and management with data analysis and presentations. All tasks are managed through a ticketing system - FreshDesk.
Responsibilities
Designing reports and forms in DevExpress End-User Report Designer based on data from the TMS and WMS system (similar to Crystal Reports).
Using external sources to create reports in Excel with PIVOT tables and PIVOT graphs or other appropriate formats as required.
Use TSQL to extract data from relational databases for reporting, production of KPI/SLA benchmarks and to support helpdesk enquiries.
Produce data visualisations for external use in appropriate formats, such as MS Word and PowerPoint, to support Account Management and Sales activities, customer review activities and assessment of KPIs and SLAs.
Technical escalation point for other helpdesk staff members.
Data entry into the TMS and WMS system.
Create import files in CSV and XML format for the TMS and WMS system for provided data.
Manipulate and correct data in EDI files in any of the following formats:
XML
CSV
JSON
Technical root cause analysis using log files and TSQL to trace problems to their source and provide reports on resolution.
Qualifications
Experience designing reports and forms using a client-side reporting tool such as DevExpress End-User Report Designer for WinForms, Web and WPF.
Good TSQL query writing skills to extract data for reporting and analysis purposes.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft products MS Word, PowerPoint, and MS Excel, particularly using PIVOT tables.
Understanding of various data file structures e.g. XML, CSV, JSON.
