The Talent Attraction Specialist provides skilled support to the client’s recruitment and client deliveryteams. In this critical role, the Talent Attraction Specialist will screen, source, identify and submit qualifiedcandidates (pre-screened) for a variety of positions and a range of professional experiences. As a memberof the Talent Attraction team, this role partners closely with assigned clients / HR teams to develop an in-depth understanding of position requirements. Utilising a variety of avenues to identify passive and active job seekers, the Talent Attraction Specialist is responsible for conducting research and ongoing sourcingactivities to attract talent in APAC as well as managing the clients incoming applications. In this role,associates will be internet and social media savvy, resilient, motivated to succeed and possess strongwritten and verbal communication skills. While this is not a sales role, successful Talent AttractionSpecialists will exhibit sales competencies as this role requires influencing others and the ability to meetweekly submit and monthly hire goals.
Responsibilities
• Execute an effective and innovative sourcing strategy to identify qualified candidates • Build relationships with client HR partners so you can support their needs • Conduct complex internet searches using a wide variety of search engines, social media, direct / cold calls, networks, directories and recruitment tools and databases • Proactively network and build robust candidate pools for a variety of positions and locations • Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organisation culture fit • Maintain strong client and candidate relationships and satisfaction • Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reports • Participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications
• With at least 3-5 years of sourcing experience in the RPO or Volume Recruitment set-up • Experience in handling Global Hiring Requirements is preferred • Experience in sourcing candidates from APAC and EMEA regions • Experience in sourcing for Engineering, Designer and Technical Roles are nice to have • Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and success in meeting tight deadlines • Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with different types of applicants at all levels • General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel • Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills • Must be amenable to work in a morning, mid shift or graveyard schedule as needed • Must be amenable to report in BGC, Taguig office
