The role of a Talent Acquisition Administrator is to process applications and recruit candidates to fill open client requisitions. This position works closely with candidates by leading them through the entire recruitment process and ensures that all pertinent candidate information is captured within the assigned database. Recruiters bridge the gap between qualified candidates and current openings and build their business base by connecting job seekers with new positions as they help candidates move forward in their careers.
Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownership of the whole end-to-end recruitment process
Provide vital link between clients and candidates
Recommends, develops, and executes recruitment and talent management strategies
Ensuring Company’s open positions and future workforce projections are filled in the most time- efficient and cost-effective manner
Sourcing and Back Office Administration
Execute and represent the company in all external and internal pre-planned recruitment/sourcing activities such as Job Fairs, Career Talks, Recruitment Open-House, and other related activities
Increase coverage of sourcing efforts which shall not be limited to paper-screening and phone-screening to ensure KPIs, SLAs, and Target Hires are met by:
Creating job postings on the Company’s website, Job Portals, and social media channels;
Screening of all applications received from various sourcing initiatives and ensure that they meet the minimum requirement for all open positions;
Continuously initiate different types of sourcing efforts to ensure a steady flow of pool of candidates for active endorsements
Generating high volume and high quality pipeline of candidates under very tight deadlines
Maintain sourcing databases and trackers, and provide statistical reports for proper and accurate monitoring which is the key to future Recruitment initiated projects and activities
Conduct reference checking and other role requirements for due diligence completion
Perform other related duties as may be assigned either in support of divisional/department goal attainment or for personal and professional training, education or development as programmed by superiors
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Human Resources, Behavioural Science or equivalent
Proficient in MS Office Applications
With pleasing personality, positive working attitude, and is customer service-oriented
Detail-oriented and can multitask with strong administrative and organization skills
Self-starter and able to work independently or with a team
Proven ability to communicate in English, both written and oral
Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles
Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision with excellent organization skills
A commitment to client service and a flexible can-do attitude to respond to client and business needs
Must be accurate, energetic, enthusiastic, and driven
