The position is primarily responsible for planning and implementing various sourcing strategies to meet new requisitions, as well as fulfilling hiring replacements by building a healthy pool of candidates and ensuring that there is always a steady flow of applications coming in. This includes the creation of materials and gathering of key information to help strengthen the company’s brand and use this as a channel to sustain the hiring needs of the company.
Responsibilities
Identify top talent through various sourcing channels, utilizing innovative strategies and techniques via search engines, social media, direct/cold calls, networks, directories, and databases.
Partner closely with assigned clients and recruiters to develop an in-depth understanding of position requirements, using multiple avenues to identify passive and active jobseekers and be responsible for conducting research and ongoing sourcing activities to attract talent on a national level.
Maintain strong relationships for superb candidate experience and build a network of candidate pools for a span of positions and locations
Conduct phone interviews and assess candidates against client position requirements and organization culture fit
Update and maintain administrative responsibilities such as applicant tracking system data entry and reports
Qualifications
With at least 3-5 years of previous relevant experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)
Experience in sourcing candidates from the UK market and/or EMEA regions (advantage)
Demonstrated multi-tasking capability and success in meeting tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills with the ability to interact with different types of applicants at all levels
General working knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Must have excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Must be amenable to work in mid-shift schedule, following the UK time zone
Temporary WFH set-up but must be amenable to report in BGC, Taguig office as needed
