Technical Project Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for the right person to facilitate software delivery of a cutting-edge AI/mobile SaaS product from its Minimum Viable Product to Beta Testing, and beyond. Working closely with our talented engineers, you will be responsible for providing effective project management based on the Kanban / Scrum framework and will have shared responsibility, in conjunction with the Product Owners, for ensuring that the product is well defined and of high value, high quality and delivered in a timely manner.

• Support the engineering team, product designers and other stakeholders
• Organise planning, prioritisation and backlog grooming activities
• Schedule and facilitate meetings
• Provide project forecasts and status reports
• Coordinate product releases
• Manage risks and issues
• Manage change requests
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives

• Experience with feature-driven development and release branch management
• Ability to deal with the challenges of a fast-paced, and sometimes chaotic, start-up environment. You’ll have the flexibility of working with a small team and the maturity to help scale software development efficiently in the future.
• The ability to communicate across all levels of internal and external stakeholders, be a champion of your product and a team player at the same time
• Experience with the delivery of mobile / web products and management of cross-platform teams
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar role
• Must have experience with Jira and Confluence project management software and be confident running multiple relational boards
• Scrum / Kanban Certification ideal
