The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, interviewing, testing, and providing headcount requirements for specialized technology, development and other IT-related roles through implementation of effective recruitment strategies, programs, policies and procedures. The Technical Recruiter will also be responsible for establishing strong partnerships with hiring managers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Manages the full-cycle recruiting process to include: writing job postings, developing and implementing sourcing strategies, reviewing resumes and conducting interviews, with key emphasis on pipeline development and improving time to fill
Conduct in-depth interviews with potential candidates to evaluate the candidate's work ethic, sincerity, honesty, interpersonal skills, etc. and to assess the candidate's ability to work successfully in the client's environment based on the candidate's particular strengths and weaknesses
Facilitate technical assessments and thorough technical screening to determine candidate's potential, qualifications and background, including education and experience
Partners with hiring managers in order to identify, communicate, and achieve affirmative action goals/targets
Identifies and pursues cost-containment efforts in recruiting, continually seek new sourcing options, and develop creative approaches to delivering candidates to the clients
Generate recruitment related reports for the company and clients’ tracking and record keeping
Build and maintain a strong and effective candidate pipeline, possessing key talent potentially available for immediate hiring and for succession planning
Any other task/duty as directed by client/management
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent training/education and experience
At least 2 – 5 years of full cycle IT/Technical recruitment experience
In-depth experience with networking, passive sourcing, Boolean searches through various online job boards (Jobstreet, Kalibrr, Monster.com, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) and using alternative sourcing strategies
Ability to articulate and understand technical role requirements
Superior organizational skills with proven ability to multi-task and handle competing priorities
Proven ability to act at both the strategic and tactical levels
Ability to establish and maintain business/client relationships through effective communication and negotiation
Strong relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Capacity to work in a busy, commercial, competitive environment
Ability to meet objectives and targets
Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and evaluative skills
Attention to detail and a well ordered approach to work
Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
Enthusiastic, prepared to use initiative, prepared to learn and self-improve
Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City and Ortigas in an early morning shift
