A general technologist to support the internal users of our ecommerce web front, associated administration and transactional platforms. This may extend to some external users such as suppliers, carriers and possibly customers.
Responsibilities
The management, oversight and action of all inbound frontline support tickets, including applications support for Central and its related applications as well as some desktop applications support. A key objective is to maximise the closure rates and minimise tickets that require escalation to engineers
Working closely with technology team members to learn and support new applications provide feedback to and input into future development.
The optimisation and continuous improvement of frontline and ticketing processes. Defining and developing solutions to improve how our internal customers use our systems and providing application training to internal customers
Qualifications
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
At least three (3) years of relevant work experience in Customer Service
Exposure/Familiarity to CentOS, Redhat or other Linux variants
Experience with MS Windows Server 2012 R2, 2016 and 2019 environments
Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, RDS, RRAS, NPS, powershell, Microsoft 365, G Suite and other cloud based platforms
Experience with remote users and systems support
Salesforce (Sales Cloud) and SolarWinds Ncentral knowledge a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
