Job Description:We are seeking a motivated Telesales Agent to join our dynamic outbound telesales team. Reporting to the Telesales Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales and be comfortable working with a CRM system (experience with HubSpot is advantageous but not essential). The role involves contacting potential customers and participating in activities as part of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting our products and services in a compelling manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster ongoing engagement.
Work with the CRM system to record customer interactions, track leads, and ensure accurate data entry.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics.
Collaborate with the Telesales Manager to continuously improve sales techniques and strategies.
Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications:
Experience in outbound telesales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
