Job Title: Telesales Agent

Location: Manila

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join our dynamic outbound telesales team.

Reporting to the Telesales Manager, the ideal candidate will have experience in outbound sales and

be comfortable working with a CRM system (experience with HubSpot is advantageous but not

essential). The role will involve contacting potential customers, and potentially take part in activities

as part of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate calls to leads and potential customers to promote and sell products/services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the products/services offered to effectively address customer inquiries and highlight benefits.
• Develop and implement effective sales techniques to convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Accurately record customer information and interactions in the CRM system.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any questions or
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, tracking progress regularly.
• Provide feedback on customer interactions and share insights with the sales team to improve processes.

Qualifications:

• Experience in outbound telesales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
