The purpose of this role is to provide a high level of customer service to internal and external customers. The Telstra Business Consultant is responsible for ensuring that all customers are provided with outstanding service and any issues and complaints are managed within a timely manner through to resolution.
Responsibilities
Answer and address incoming calls and respond to email requests from customers within the set Service Level Timeframes (SLT’s)
Supplying customers with correct information and resolutions for all Service Requests
Provide a high level of customer service at all times to ensure that the customer experience is also of a high level
Handle and resolve customer complaints within the procedures and guidelines provided
Meet Daily & Monthly work load targets in accordance with KPI’s
Perform call-backs to key customers to ensure that they are happy with the service and product received.
Investigate any arising sales opportunities as a result
Ensuring all compliance measures are met from the time of sale through to order completion
Daily invoicing and preparation of Products and Services orders as requested by the Business and Call Centre
Sales Teams
Monitoring the quality of orders in various systems
Completing daily batch direct uploads and maintaining data entry of Sales and End of Day procedures
Daily Invoicing and preparation of Product and Services orders as requested by Enterprise & Business Teams
Completion of orders and customer service enquiries to be within operational time lines (SLAs)
Other duties as assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Use of Telstra systems and processes for Enterprise & Government, Business and Consumer Customers is preferred but not mandatory
Experience in a fast paced/high work volume sales and/or support roles
Excellent Customer Service, customer relationship and negotiation skills
Proven ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast paced environment
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Proven ability to meet set KPI’s
Attention to detail and a well ordered approach to work
Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office Excel, Outlook
Amenable to work in Bonifacio Global City in an early morning schedule ( Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 3:00pm)
