The Trade Customer Care Coordinator is responsible for preparing furnishing solutions for - but not limited to - office interiors, retail environments and commercial/residential fitouts through their close collaboration with team. They will provide continued support to the commercial sales team, while showcasing prompt and enthusiastic service to customers that will allow them to gain insights into their specific needs, allowing for better item recommendations or solutions.
Responsibilities
The employee must have at least completed a minimum of one (1) year of service within the T&W team to be able to apply for the Internal Job Post.
Should have a satisfactory performance rating or better in the most recent appraisal period. No final written warning for the past (6) months prior to the application has been issued by P&C.
Must meet minimum experience, skill, and education qualifications for the open position.

Strong track record of client relationship management
Outstanding organisation and communication skills
Efficiency in various chat platforms
Must have strong customer service skills and attention to detail
Able to work under pressure
