Responsibilities
Use customer insights to drive and guide the development of new offerings and to anticipate customer needs.
Translate requirements into a digitals solution, validate designs and deliver high-fidelity wireframes.
Undercover and recommend enhancements to existing digital assets to improve user experience
Use human-centered and evidence-based design methodologies and tools
Ensure coherent and consistent product experiences across digital platforms
Ideate and create conceptual wireframes and user journeys
Work within complex stakeholder environments
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of professional work experience as a UX/UI Designer
Knowledge of high transactional e-commerce environments
Ability to apply evidence gathered from qualitative/quantitative research and other sources to inform, support or make decisions
Proficiency in a range of UX and UI design skills (Research, IA, Interaction Design, prototyping, usability, design system)
Proven expertise turning complex business requirements into simple and engaging digital user experiences.
Highly proficient using collaborative UX tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch, Zeplin & Creative Suite.
Knowledge of Agile and Lean product development principles.
Familiar with HTML/CSS and other current web technologies
It is expected that you will also contribute to cultural, social and behavioral standards within the business through leadership by example and any other responsibilities/duties as required by the group
