Video Editor (Night Shift)

The Video Editor will be responsible for producing and editing high quality videos on behalf of clients who are organizing virtual sessions and events. This role will work directly with our Video Production team, in addition to working closely with the success and support teams to assist with any video editing request and questions related to live projects.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the Video Production and the Event Success teams to produce high quality videos for our clients’ virtual events.
  • Enhance and edit pre-recorded sessions to prepare assets for the live show
  • Professionally handling all video content used during live events such as:
    • Graphics
    • Title cards
    • Event commercials
    • Transitions
    • Slides and Images
    • Sponsor logos
  • Coordinate and ensure the timely delivery of videos.
  • Communicate with the Video Production team regarding each project status and any relevant updates.
  • Work with the internal teams to address questions and issues related to video projects.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree in the related field
  • Must possess at least 2-3 years working experience in professional video editing
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro Editor, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
  • Basic knowledge or experience with Adobe After Effects
  • Open and receptive to feedback on projects and tasks that are assigned
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on producing high quality work
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks at the same time
  • Able to estimate and provide realistic timelines for delivery
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent comprehension skills
  • Positive attitude, high energy, proactive, hardworking, and goal oriented
  • Able to work well in a team or independently with minimal supervision
  • Must be a team player who is receptive to new ideas, and can easily adapt to change
  • Flexible, accommodating and able to go above and beyond the basic expectations when required
  • Open to working weekends and/or outside of regular work hours to ensure projects are completed on time
  • The role is temporarily on a work from home set up but must be willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City; graveyard shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM MNL)
